Direct Detect ™ はメルクミリポアがお届けする、IR（赤外分光法）を用いた
生体分子定量システムです。タンパク質定量の際にはアミド結合を測定するため、
アミノ酸分析に近い、従来法と比較して精度の高いデータを得ることが可能です。
しかも、毎回検量線を測定する必要もありません。また、界面活性剤、キレート剤、
リン脂質などによるアッセイの妨害も最小限で、例えば、肝臓ライセートを直接測定
することも可能です。今後、脂質定量、核酸定量などのアプリケーションを順次
アップデート予定です。皆様のクリエイティブなアイデアをお待ちしております！

Direct Detect™ is an IR-based biomolecular quantification system
from Merck Millipore. The system detect inherent amide bond
for the protein quantification, so it can provide more accurate data
compared to conventional method. Moreover, you do not need
to make standard curve for each assay.
The obstacles such as detergent, chelator, and phospholipid are
minimized in the system. For example, you can use liver lysate directly.
Various applications for the system, such as lipid and nucleotide quantification
will be updated. We are looking forward to seeing your creative idea!

This novel device, so called a continuous-flow hydrogeneration reactor
continuous flow type, does not need hydrogen in a cylinder because it can
